We decided to install a security system in our home after a burglary. Otis, our sales rep, came out to evaluate our needs and give us a quote on an installation to meet our needs. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and helped us decide on the best system to meet our needs. He did a walk-through to determine where all the sensors needed to be placed, and took our input about what we would like to have covered. He gave us a quote on costs and did not do a "hard sell" but let us decide (taking a few days) in our own time which we appreciated. Otis has been very responsive both with completing our purchase and being available to answer questions before and after installation. The installation was scheduled in a very timely manner and the installer did a good job. He then instructed us in the use of the system,  and answered all questions we had at the time. We are pleased with the ADT system, and the California Security Pro staff, and would recommend them to anyone who would ask. - Barbara M., Walnut, CA

These guys are extremely customer focused.  I was paying $25 a month for monitoring services for a 20 year old alarm system that was tied into my home phone. We dumped our home phones because they are just a waste of money and only use our cell phones these days so the old alarm system didn't work anymore.  The old alarm company wanted $700 to put a new cellular pad in the house and it had nowhere near the bells and whistles I get with ADT.

I now have the $59 a month service from ADT and they used all my old door and window detectors which is a very large number that are hardwired in so that is great.  Kyle, my sales rep explained all of this to me and he was great through the whole process. Pat, the installer came by today to install the system - he was awesome - knows his stuff inside and out, was pleasant, and efficient.  For the $99 I upgraded to cellular, got a motion detector, a camera, another wireless detector for the wine cellar, a lamp switch, and the alarm can be armed and disarmed from one of 4 places:

1) The downstairs keypad
2) The upstairs keypad
3) A key fob - this is great for walking the dog - go out the back door and arm the whole house with a press of a button
4) My cellphone - the ADT Pulse App from the App Store works great.  I can see what is going on on the camera, arm the house from NY if I want, set up a vacation schedule so the lamp goes on and off at certain times while I am on vacation.

I needed a new system anyway, and if I think about some of the things we spend money on, an extra $35 a month for great safety, piece of mind, convenience, flexibility, and state of the art technology was an easy decision for me.

ADT has good technology but the real difference maker here is California Security Pro.  These things can get complicated and having a great dealer that is first class from the sale through to the install deserves a review like this .  Not easily impressed but was today.

I don't do reviews, but these guys were awesome! Brandon was amazing, prompt, professional and kind. Even nice to my crazy dog. Installation took longer than anticipated due to our old house, but they did their best to finish on time. I feel more secure and satisfied. We've used bay alarm, AT&T digital life and now Adt and so far this was a stellar experience. The service is a bit more expensive, but I'm hoping that is because of the quality of the experience! And that if we ever do need the alarm for realz, Adt will be ready.

We recently upgraded our company phone system and needed to upgrade our alarm system as well.  After getting a quote from our incumbent company Bay Alarm, I was referred to Kyle Madison @ ADT to see their offerings.  Knowing our alarm situation, Kyle made it a point to meet me the same day which I was pleasantly surprised.  Not only that, the alarm package he put together is more secure than our existing system with the advantage of now having cameras on all our external doors...all at a recurring cost much less than Bay Alarm's offering as well as their legacy system that was previously in place (since year 2000).  Kyle made this whole process painless and I'm excited with the new setup as well as the peace of mind that goes along with it.  I can control most all my features online as well as my android smart phone.  I would definitely use ADT for any future installs and references for others. - Fred V. I.T. I highly recommend this authorized dealer. Jarrett and Jeremy provided us not only professional service but such a sense of security.  Jarrett gave us the best deal with no haggling and no issues. We had a horrible experience with another authorized dealer, in which the representative was completely unprofessional, possibly mentally unstable and made us feel incredibly unsafe in our new home.  Jarrett answered all of my questions and was very sympathetic to our previous experience. Our daughter-in-law recommended California Security Pro because she had such a great experience in dealing with them when they installed an ADT security system in her home.  She referred us to Kylewho immediately contacted us - he actually scheduled an appointment to meet  on his day off to give us a quote on a system! It was easy working with Kyle - he clearly explained all of the options and answered our questions. He then was able to schedule installation two days later. Kyle has continued to follow up with us on questions and to make sure everything is going fine with our ADT system.The installer, Larry was very professional and did a very neat installation. He also trained us on how to use the system and answered our questions.We've had the system for about two weeks - it's easy to use and we feel more secure with our combination of window and door sensors, motion detectors,  smoke alarm, and our yard signs, plus knowing we can contact police and fire immediately or push the button for a medical emergency. We would highly recommend California Security Pro to anyone wanting an ADT security system - they are knowledgeable, professional, have competitive pricing, and  provide great customer service!

After calling other security companies, we decided to call CSP because of the yelp reviews and competitive pricing. Our rep, Jarrett, was able to meet us in the evening and was prompt, down to earth and knowledgeable about the company and products. "The Installation was Successful, a Clean, Professional Job."

After seven years with a non-functioning alarm, we decided to go ahead and get our alarm up and running again with California Security Pro/ADT. We had frayed wires, a missing key pad, and all manner of problems. Their installer arrived on time and fully prepared to tackle the problems. The installation was successful, a clean, professional job. Our installer was both friendly and helpful. He had to make a return visit to install equipment that wasn't ready at the time of his first visit. The second visit was exactly like the first. Our alarm works terrific and we now have the peace of mind that only a home alarm can bring. Although we live in Bakersfield, nearly 90 minutes from their offices, they have provided outstanding service and on-time performance. I highly recommend California Security Pro.

California Security Pro is an customer-centered company.  They installed our ADT alarm a few days ago. Their installers are extrememly knowledgable, patient, friendly. He gave us his personal cell phone number in case we need him. The installation was thorough and efficient. We got a GREAT special and are getting more than our money's worth. The key pad is SO easy (this is not your mother's old-ugly-user unfriendly key pad!) with one-touch options and a live intercom capability for emergency situations. LOVE it, no regrets!

After a nice sales presentation by a young man named Blake, we decided to go with an ADT system.  We had some questions that were a bit confusing with the service plan selected, but those were ironed out over the phone.  Daniel, our installation tech, was  courteous and polite, he did a nice job of installing the sesnors and master unit.  His manager, Ron came out to help check the operation as he finished up and both guys were very informative and patient with answering our questions.  Daniel did a nice job, and didnt leave any evidence of his installation as far as trash, or damage to our home.

I must have received seven solicitations from different ADT installation companies when I moved to my new place, so there must be quite a bit of competition for security systems.  The solicitations went straight into the recycling bin and I turned to Yelp to see what the people had to say.  California Security Pro had the best reviews and I called to make an appointment. Jason Greathouse was my point of contact and made the whole process a breeze.  Just a few days after my initial call, Hector came out and installed all of the equipment and walked me through how to use it.  He was friendly, polite, punctual, and didn't make any unsightly holes in the walls of my old house.  In fact, he was very patient while I hemmed and hawed about where to put the keypad.  I had to have a second appointment to connect my alarm to my modem/phone because I didn't have my wireless up and running when Hector came to install the system.  Again, scheduling with Jason was easy and Carlos came out to finish the work.  Carlos was also extremely polite, did quick work, and was very friendly.All in all, it was a terrific experience and I feel comfortable with my security system. Simply WOW! I agree with all of the accolades people have mentioned with California Security Pro. I have had ADT before from different rep but what this company had as far as customer service just blew my mind. From the get go, Marissa (customer/sales rep) was a breath of fresh air as far as Excellent customer service. Normally you get someone that are just after your $ for how many equipment or what monthly charges that they can get you. But Marissa was an exception. She was very professional and very competent. She was not the usual sales rep that i have had in the past where after we told them about our needs, then they will just keep blasting us with their scripted "sales pitch". After we told Marissa about the layout of our house and that we dont have a phone line, she gave us her recommendation and told us their special promotional offers.The call lasted maybe 10 mins, and it was a such a pleasure to do business with California Security Pro.

Now, with the installation. Hector was about 15mins early from our 9AM appt. I showed him where i want the control panel and where we want the sensors and motion detectors. Within 1 hour or 1:30 hr he was done. He cleaned up his work and show us how to use the panel. Btw, the new control panel is so much easier to use, very cool!

I would definitely recommend California Security Pro. Their customer service from the 1st time you call them till the the day installation is spotless! Then for icing in the cake, Marissa even called us a few hrs after the installation to make sure everything was OK.

After reading the Yelp reviews, I was definitely interested in getting a quote for a new alarm system. I gave CA Security Pro a call after business hours on a Sunday. Imagine my surprise when I received a call back shortly that same evening. I had the great pleasure of speaking with Marissa. It was so effortless working with her. Emphasis on "working with" - because it wasn't about pushing products on me to make a sale (like it was with the other ADT dealers I spoke with). The vibe was so much different with Marissa; never once did I feel pressured or forced to buy anything. In fact, she made the effort to understand my living situation, needs, and preferences and presented me with options that were very flexible. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford. I could not be happier with the end result.Usually when companies give you a window for an appointment, you could be waiting an hour or two or three. Pat and Micah came to do the install - these guys were on the dot on time! Very impressive. They were very professional. I told them they didn't have to wear the shoe covers in the house, and they did anyway. Both Pat and Micah were informative, told me everything they were going to do beforehand. They asked for my input on placement of the equipment and offered their expert opinions. Before they left, the made sure I knew how to operate the unit and answered all my questions. These guys were really friendly and funny and it was a pleasure working with them both. I have to say, I'm so very impressed with the level of customer service this company provides. They blow the competition out of the water. I've had my system for a couple weeks now and it's working great. The peace of mind alone is priceless. I recently moved into San Lorenzo and thought about getting an alarm system. I knew from the get go I'd be going with ADT just wasn't sure of the pricing and if it would be too expensive. Before I even had a chance to call ADT a salesman came to my door and was offering ADT service to my neighborhood from a company called California Security Pro based in San Ramon they are an authorized dealer with ADT.I was in the middle of making dinner and told him that actually i was indeed interested in getting an alarm and that if he could return when my husband was home would be great. He told me he would be back at 6pm. He showed up on time and was extremely friendly he discussed all the options with us and even gave us some tips we can do ourselves around the house. The representative we dealt with was Leo Sabado. Leo was very helpful in explaining all the differences and answering any questions we had he even gave us a discount. Real nice guy makes you feel like you have known him for a long time. It was really inexpensive and there's a variety of plans to choose from.  I'll highly recommend any friends and family looking into getting an alarm system. "Top Rated Product that I Could Still Afford"

I was looking for an Alarm company and after about out a week of research I found that ADT would be the best choice.  They sent out a rep.
