I am very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that I got from California Security Pro. It started with the woman who answer the phone and set the appointment, to the sales person Maria Alaniz who wasn't pushy but who knew her business well and help us design a security system that fits our needs and budget, to the installation guy that spend some time to install their system in my house. we did have an alarm system in the back of my head, we knew we needed one. I got what I wanted, with the level of security I needed, at a fair and reasonable cost. I'd recommend them for a number of reasons, like those I noted above.

There are three outstanding advantages to Maria Alaniz and Ca Security Pro: OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We found them on Yelp back on June call them to got an alarm system for our rental property business, an appointment was set very quickly, Maria Alaniz was the sales person very knowledgeable help us to designed a system that serve the need of the two commercial tenants on the building preserving their own independence in a sharing building setting. Maria listened to everyone needs patiently and designed a system for us with three different partition's that give both tenants control on each areas and us a Landlords the power to regain control on the security system if we need it too after tenants move out. Hector the installer was very nice and friendly Maria was there at the time of the installation also. A month latter we call Maria with some equipment questions she schedule a tech whom came the some day and readjust some doors sensors. Few days ago a new tenant need some training in how to use the system ask Maria if she can help, she accommodate us on her schedule that some day, she come meet with the tenant and show him how to use the alarm.
Maria customer services levels are outstanding! I am highly recommending her as your security person!

So far so good. My first call was with Dave (the owner) and he was very friendly and upfront. I was referred to another vendor for ADT but upon comparing reviews I had to give CSP a try, their reviews were far and away better than anyone in the bay area.
Dave scheduled my appt with Andy from the Napa office. Andy showed up right on time. Andy was friendly and knew what he was doing. He presented a few different packages and was helpful in choosing the right package for our new home.
Install day went smooth as well, unfortunately there was a step the installer could not complete so we have to schedule another appt.
I can overlook that given the customer service so far. I will update this in a week following the completed installation.
Final installation: The installation went smooth and Rene and Pat were fast and friendly.
I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to keep their house safe and secure.

"My experience with CSP was great."
After a recent break-in, my family and I decided to invest in a security system. I looked through Yelp and saw California Security Pro with all the high ratings and I immediately called them. Jarrett explained to us about the different features and packages on the ADT system. He was very patient and thorough on explaining the system. Carl came in to install the system. He was very helpful on going through the process of setting up the ADT account and how to use the products. Rene helped set up another system at my relative's house and he did a phenomenal job.He was very patient and efficient. After the install he made sure all of our questions were answered and offered help if we needed it. My experience with CSP was great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking of investing in a security system.

I recently purchased a home and wanted an alarm system installed. I've been in law enforcement for over 25 years and have responded to a lifetime of alarm calls, most of them operator error or false activation's. I researched a dozen different companies and found old reliable ADT alarms was still highly rated after all these years. I met with Ryan from California Security Pros last week. Ryan is down-to-earth, highly professional and great to work with. Ryan explained the variety of services available and customized it to fit my needs. No pressure, just a lot of great info. Today, Larry from California Security Pros showed up to install the system. Larry was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the alarm system. He worked diligently, cared about doing a neat and detailed job, and was very helpful in answering any and all questions I had. If Ryan and Larry are any indication of how great a team California Security Pros out of San Ramon has working for them, this is without a doubt the only company to go with. I worked with Paul Bakhtegan on the sales side and he was super knowledgeable and helpful with getting our home set up. No pressure, he was very consultative. We bought our home in Livermore a year ago in a quiet neighborhood but recently the place across the street got robbed in the middle of the day. We decided to talk to ADT about activating an existing system in our house and they made the process a breeze with upgrading our equipment and getting things set up. "Most importantly, they were dependable."
This firm upgraded our old alarm system (c. 1990) with a new hybrid system that accepts both wired and wireless equipment. They were very professional throughout. Most importantly, they were dependable. Pat Amatrone was our installer and he was very good. He even came out on a Saturday morning to install the final set of equipment. ADT is expensive, but you sort of get what you pay for. We looked into a less expensive alarm monitoring service, but they weren't nearly as responsive as CSP. I would recommend them without hesitation.

California security pro is amazing . I stayed with my family last week because my place was getting renovated by its owners . Due to a recent break in to a neighbors house , my uncle decided it was time to invest in a security system. I was able to witness his business interactions with this company from beginning to end . I must say one individual who really stood out to me was Jarrett McAlister ... Jarrett is knowledgeable , has impressive people skills , and is very reliable. "ADT installed our system the NEXT DAY."
Brandon sold us! A great agent with integrity and a solid understanding of good customer service. Even though we haven't had any security emergencies, we feel good about the level of service we have available to us.
My husband and I decided to finally get a security system installed in our new home so we scheduled a meeting with both Bay Alarm and ADT. After our Bay Alarm meeting, we thought we would probably go with them because we liked their agent and it's a local company (even though the prices made us wince). We kept our later meeting with Brandon Tomas from ADT and boy are we glad we did! Even though we went into the meeting pretty much thinking we would not go with ADT, Brandon was still able to turn it around. Honestly, the Bay Alarm agent told us a bunch of scary lies about ADT, all of which Brandon cleared up for us. It wasn't hard for us to sign up with ADT quickly after spending time with Brandon and getting all of the info. He saved us a crap-load of money.
Bay Alarm said they could get us set up in a little over 2 weeks, ADT installed our system the NEXT DAY.
When the agent and technician got stuck in traffic the next day, I received a phone call with an update. A little common courtesy goes a long way.
The technician was a nice young fellow who was pleasant to speak with - very professional, clean and respectful. The installation was quick and smooth.
So far everything works well and the ADT Pulse app is awesome. I like that I can check in on the house from anywhere and see the activity report.
I never thought I'd say it, but I would definitely recommend Brandon's service with ADT.

After buying our home in the North Bay and re-locating from San Francisco, we had already put down a deposit with a competing company to install a new alarm system. While we do not operate as a brick-and-mortar location; like a lot of home small-businesses we did have some unique security concerns.
When David Smith first approached us, I informed him that we were interested in a security system but were about to get an installation from a competitor. He informed me that if I gave him an opportunity at our business that he would not disappoint us with his thorough customer service and installation price estimate. He was totally correct on both accounts!
Not only were we able to get our system installed for half of the price of the previous estimate, but David went above and beyond expectations by scheduling next day (and on a weekend) installation and personally delivering certifications to our homeowners insurance agent's office. The quality of the installation was top-notch and the technology certainly seems to be cutting edge. For numerous windows, doors, glass breakage, fire, and a control panel which does not require to be bound to a landline to notify their headquarters: the deal we got could not be beat.

"Provided lots of information."
Install alarms or sensors, on windows and doors, five in total, also smoke/heat communicator. Have control panel that is very logical to operate and also have key pad. All together installation was less than two hours and he provided lots of information along the way. It went very well. He was not rushed and as I stated explained everything as he went along.
