Fortunately our broker had just moved house and he recommended Bill Wood who came to the house to give a recommendation. He is a Napa resident and so one has a live person to call if there is a problem. We were very impressed and felt very comfortable with his recommendations and signed up. He really knows the business and does not try to oversell equipment. He is very price competitive and we were very pleased with his recommendation.

Houses in my area have been broken into lately, so my husband and I decide to get a home security system. We have been talking with Paul Bakhtegan from ADT security system for about four days and had the security system installed in my house today. After our first meeting with Paul it instantly put our minds at ease. He made sure that we completely understood everything; paperwork, why ADT is a good company, ADT benefits, installs EVERYTHING! Larry Marina came highly recommended to us. We called and within 4 hours, Larry was at our door. He gave us an overview of the company, our location, and services provided by ADT. He evaluated our home and did not try to over sell anything to us. He has great knowledge of our community and crime patterns. In addition to customizing our home security, Larry gave us great tips on DIY ways to improve the security of our home. He answered our endless questions and explained different scenarios. Several days later, Micah, the technician came and installed our system in an hour. He explained our system, gave us tips, showed us how to control our system via their website or apps. Larry stopped by after the installation to make sure we were happy with our system and answer additional questions.We are very pleased with the services Larry and Micah provided us with. I submitted an request for info on Sunday evening and had a call from California Security Pro on Monday (Memorial Day!). I had an appointment for the walk-through on Tuesday and had my ADT system installed today (Wednesday). Ryan and Bryan were awesome during the walk-through and Jesse was on time for the installation and walked me through everything every step of the way. "Most importantly, they were dependable."
This firm upgraded our old alarm system (c. 1990) with a new hybrid system that accepts both wired and wireless equipment. They were very professional throughout. Most importantly, they were dependable. Pat Amatrone was our installer and he was very good. He even came out on a Saturday morning to install the final set of equipment. ADT is expensive, but you sort of get what you pay for. We looked into a less expensive alarm monitoring service, but they weren't nearly as responsive as CSP. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Thanks to previous reviews from yelpers, this company did not disappoint. They accommodated me on a short notice to meet with me. Paul was the gentlemen who came over to explain what we needed to secure our home. I felt very comfortable with him. I believe he is opening a San Jose office. Good luck Paul! I know he will do well. Micah was our installation person and again was very happy. I do take review into alot of consideration. The first company I called wanted to sell me the system over the phone without someone coming over to look at what we might need. And then send someone out to install. So glad I didn't just settle with them. 5 stars for California Security Pro. Thanks for making us feel comfortable and safer in our home. "Very polite and professional."
We moved to Vallejo in March and had thought about getting ADT. About a week after we moved in a man named Andy Hale knocked on my door and was an ADT rep. After talking with him and that day a couple weeks went buy and two guys from G.E. security knocked on my door. After telling them i was going with ADT they still kept trying to sell G.E. security to me. It was then i called California security pro to verify that Andy Hale was in fact an ADT rep. He was very polite and said he could explain how everything works The woman on the phone at ca. sec. pro was very helpful and did in fact confirm my question. We then met with Andy at our house and he explained the different packages and options to us. Again he was very polite and professional and didn’t seem to mind when we asked him to repeat something which was a few times. It was a good to work with someone you felt comfortable with. I did not feel comfortable with that other security provider.

I installed an ADT security system at my house a few months ago and couldn't be more impressed with the service. I've added a few new additions to the system, which did not increase my monthly monitoring cost, and each visit has been easy and professional. Our sales rep Brandon has been fantastic, follows up to see how things are going, and follows through on what he says he will do. Their installers like Hector have been great, and they are very knowledgeable about their products.
The Droid/iPhone app for the alarm system is great, and the txt alerts that you can customize when certain doors open (even if the alarm is off) works flawlessly. Very stoked!

5 star rating for sales rep Larry Maerina and system installer Hector from California Security Pro / ADT. A job very well done.Recently I decided to put in an alarm system in my home for added security and a peace of mind. Without knowing much about the different alarm companies, I naturally went on line to do my research. Even though I always take on-line reviews with a grain of salt, since CSP has very good ratings, I decide to call them for a consultation.My sales rep Larry was extremely pleasant to work with. He was punctual, professional, informative and patient in explaining the security options he has to offer. Never at any time did I feel like I was under pressure to close the sales. When I told him I have an appointment with another alarm company for competitive bidding, he pointed out the pros and the cons and differences between the different systems without any negative talks which I found to be very professional. When I called Larry back for the 2nd consultation, he was once again punctual and patiently answered all my questions. During the signing of the contract, he carefully explained all the terms and charges to me and changed the length of contract with ADP from 3 to 2 years. I scheduled the installation on a Saturday and was given a 2 hour time slot appointment. About 1/2 hour before my installer Hector arrived, CSP called me to inform me he was on his way. Just like Larry, Hector was punctual, professional and courteous. He was very efficient with the install and completed it in about 1 1/2 hour. After the installation, he walked me through the system, showed me the different features and patiently explained to me how to use the system. From the sales to the installation, everything went very smoothly and so far I am quite satisfied with my alarm system. I would definitely recommend CSP to anyone who is interested in getting an home alarm system.

At that time I had another system that was woking fine so did not want to change it at that time. WE have been having a few false alarm in the past weeks. These guys are great. Bill came to our house to give his presentation and was so patient with all of our questions (we are a multigenerational household with 6 adults, each with differing needs). He ended up spending hours at our house on a Monday evening until all our concerns were answered and we had picked the perfect system for our needs. The paperwork took only a few minutes and Bill gave us a great deal. HE scheduled the installation for a few days later. The guy who came was nice, but not all the equipment we needed was available. I emailed Bill, who made sure that we were scheduled to have the installation completed immediately. Jesse, the technician who came to finish the installation was wonderful - he spent ample time giving me a tutorial on how the system worked and he made adjustments to the system so it was perfectly tailored to our needs. They are knowledgable, friendly, honest and treat their customers like family (Bill even helped to convince us that a certain extra feature WAS NOT necessary for our home, thus saving us money). I will definitely recommend these guys to our neighbors, family and friends.

I was recently approached by Paul B. regarding the ADT monitoring system. He was very knowledgeable about the system and was able to explain how the system worked and also was able to answer all my questions. I am disabled and was receiving lifeline at my previous residence. I was surprised when Paul told me that ADT also had the feature of calling for help if I needed it. I thought that was great to have two securities in one.

The security consultant, Jarrett McAllister, came to our home over a weekend to show us the offerings of ADT security system. He spent quite some time with us to go through all the features and explained to us about the detail of all the different programs. We brought out some promotions from other competitors and he offered to match the price with better discount and even called his office to confirm an offer to cover our early cancellation fee of our current monitoring service. We scheduled an installation to be done 5 days later. Later we decided to cancel the installation because we would like to check out more security systems before we really make a decision. We found our credit card was charged several days later. I sent an email to Jarrett about that and he quickly responded that he would take care of it. The charge was refunded back to our account shortly after.Although we didn't go with ADT because we want to see more alternatives I would definitely recommend Jarrett if you would like to have monitoring service from ADT.

Our home was broken into Thursday night. We contacted Andy H. on Friday morning, by recommendation from a friend. He was there by 230pm, and we had our system installed by noon on Saturday. Now that is fast service. Even though Andy isn't local, he made the trip out to see us without hesitation. "Never Felt More Safe in the Home."
My aunts home was broken into last year 2 times. She finally decided to get a security system installed. After lots of shopping around,and lots of uncertainty she called California Security Pros, and they sent out Jarret McAllister. He answered all our questions and did not try to sell us anything we don't need. Larry also did the installation. He showed up at the exact time he said he would and was very quick. My neighborhood had a rash of buglaries last week, and we were luckly but I wanted to feel safe that we wouldn't get hit the next time. Lucky for me, I met Elliot Young who was probably the best sales person ever. He knew the product and knew what was best for my household's needs. When it came time to sign documents, he remember everything that was previously discussed, and didn't give a hard sale. Elliot also gave follow up status calls before his arrival. A true professional.
When it came time for the install, I worried a little about a sub-contractor coming out and bashing things up. No need to worry about that. Ron Loetz works for California Security Pro, and he was another professional. He listened to my concerns and placed the equipment where I wished - not where it was best for himself. When he finished he walked through the system and but my mind at rest with how simple it was to operate. He even asked for a vacuum to clean up - and this was after a long day! These guys and company are great, and when you go with them you won't be disappointed.

We finally decided on investing on a home alarm, my aunt recommended us to Larry Maerina. Larry did a home assessment and we were extremely pleased with his service. I am always a skeptic when it comes to sales people, but Larry was very honest. There were other equipments that i thought we needed and would've made the install more expensive but Larry explained the pros and cons and talked me into not getting them because we don't need it. He was true to his word that he will not try to sell us any unnecessary extras.
On the day of the install, Carl Henderson showed up. He was very professional. I always like to observe and ask a lot of questions whenever something is being installed in my home and Carl was extremely patient with me. He was quick and very efficient.
Post install, Larry showed up at my house and followed up as he promised just to check in and to make sure that everything went well. Two thumbs up for both Larry and Carl! Will definitely recommend!

I am glad that California Security Pro knocked on my door. My wife and I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment with Jarrett who showed up on time ready to discuss our security needs. Jarrett spent alot of time with us going over what we really needed to make our house more secure. He did not try to upsell us on products that we didn't need and just spent time taking care of what was really necessary. We cut a deal and he set up the install just a few days later. The technician showed up exactly on time and made sure that we were on the exact same page as to where he was installing our products. All in all it was a great experience and our home is now good to go. I just need to follow up with Jarrett to make sure that he gets his paperwork over to my homeowners insurance so I can save a little more. By far, it was the best experience with an alarm company we've ever had. It's pretty rare to have good customer service end-to-end from a business. I called the 800 number, and Marissa answered in a pleasant tone, quickly scheduling an appointment the next day.
Jarrett, from sales, came over to inspect our home and explained the ADT system to us at a fair, reasonable price. Jarrett is gracious and courteous as a professional, even showing up early for our appointment to beat traffic, which was a surprise. You don't see that very often.
Jesse, our technician, worked tirelessly to upgrade our alarm system with a reassuring attitude. He is very knowledgeable and patient, thoroughly answering a lot of questions we had about our system. I thought he did outstanding work, making use of our existing system, which was pretty old, to work with our newer system.

I recently had a break-in so I decided to get a security system for 2 houses. I called California Security Pro and spoke with the owner, Dave, and asked if I could a free system installed. Dave assured me that he would take care of the free installation and immediately scheduled a saleman to come to our houses to discuss about the system and available options. Bill Wood seems to be very knowledgeable of the security system and a very dedicated saleman. However, he gave me an expensive quote with all miscellaneous charges for the ADT Pulse Tier 2 system. The next day, I decided to cancel the contract since I found a better pricing with other company. Dave immediately contacted me and told me that he would make me happy with the deal he would give me. As promised, Dave gave me a good discount for 2 systems. I am very happy with the company service because the owner really cares for his business. He seems to work long hours because whenever I emailed him for some questions, I would get a response from him within a couple of hours.
The installation was also very smooth and the installers are very nice and professional, although you need to expect more than half day for the whole installation to be completed. So far I am very happy with the ADT Pulse systems as it gives me peace of mind. I even arm the system when I am at home. It's so convenient to use with the help of the web interface and remote control. I highly recommend you to choose California Security Pro for the ADT Pulse system as there are many installers out there who might not have enough experience with the PULSE system installation.

Brandon sold us! A great agent with integrity and a solid understanding of good customer service. Even though we haven't had any security emergencies, we feel good about the level of service we have available to us.
My husband and I decided to finally get a security system installed in our new home so we scheduled a meeting with both Bay Alarm and ADT. After our Bay Alarm meeting, we thought we would probably go with them because we liked their agent and it's a local company (even though the prices made us wince). We kept our later meeting with Brandon Tomas from ADT and boy are we glad we did! Even though we went into the meeting pretty much thinking we would not go with ADT, Brandon was still able to turn it around. Honestly, the Bay Alarm agent told us a bunch of scary lies about ADT, all of which Brandon cleared up for us. It wasn't hard for us to sign up with ADT quickly after spending time with Brandon and getting all of the info. He saved us a crap-load of money.
Bay Alarm said they could get us set up in a little over 2 weeks, ADT installed our system the NEXT DAY.
When the agent and technician got stuck in traffic the next day, I received a phone call with an update. A little common courtesy goes a long way.
The technician was a nice young fellow who was pleasant to speak with - very professional, clean and respectful. The installation was quick and smooth.
So far everything works well and the ADT Pulse app is awesome. I like that I can check in on the house from anywhere and see the activity report.
I never thought I'd say it, but I would definitely recommend Brandon's service with ADT.

Of course being the good friend that I am, I just had to rush over to her digs and check out this new modern technological miracle that lets her sleep like a baby every night! The reviews for California Security Pro were so good, I thought they were fake. THEY ARE REAL! Once I did my homework on the other reviewers and was convinced they were real people, decided to give CSP a call.
Jarrett arrived on-time and understood that we had already been exploring the ADT Pulse service. We didn't want the song and dance, we just wanted a better price than we had been quoted directly from ADT.
CSP saved us close to $1000 from the original quote, they made sure we received a piece of equipment we wanted that they don't normally offer and they installed quickly.
Pat and Micah worked on our system. They were knowledgable, professional, and didn't make our house look like a prison despite all the new equipment. I had almost no clean up to deal with when they left. Likewise, my husband and I both felt comfortable in how to use the system when we left.
As some of the other reviewers have stated, it shouldn't be a rarity to get customer service. But when you see it, as with California Security Pro--you recognize it!
Now if we can only remember to turn the system off when our puppy has to do her business at 5am!

I called Larry Maerina at California Security Pro and he came to my house within hours and presented me with ADT's alarm systems. I compared other security companies and found out that ADT has superior pricing and services. We called California Security Pro Wednesday and got an appointment the next day for an estimate. Fish Araya (a very nice gentleman) came out Thursday evening went over our needs (didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need) and was able to set up the installation the next day at 4:00 PM.
Carl came out Friday at 4:00 PM right on time, installed our system explained how to use it and was done with everything cleaned up in less than 2 hours. He did an excellent job on the install and was very nice and helpful.

Micah our technician was prompt and courteous. He arrived on time to our appointment and got the job done fast! Keep in mind that this was on a weekday and we have a little one. Micah made sure he did his work fast and efficiently. The work he did was clean and flawless in my opinion.

We bought a new house in November and decided to have a home security system installed. Our two best options were California Security Pro (ADT) or Bay Alarm. After much thought and consideration, we decided to go with California Security Pro (ADT).
We worked with a great sales consultant named Andy Hale. He helped us fine tune what we wanted from the system and we felt it was a perfect fit for our needs. He was helpful, responsive and well versed in his product. Andy was also our one point of contact throughout the process. It was so nice to have one person to call instead of just a random customer service number.
There were a few challenges in getting the system installed correctly. Who knew that a house that was pre-wired could be so difficult to get started! This is where this review could have easily spiraled down to a 2 star review. Instead, Andy stuck with us every step of the way to make sure things were done right. When it was all said and done he even fought for us to get a rebate because of all the extra time it had cost us to get the install completed. If it hadn't been for Andy's desire to make sure his customer had an exceptional experience, this could have been a dramatically different review.
We are incredible happy with the ADT system. It is a good system and fits our needs perfectly. I would recommend California Security Pro and Andy Hale any day!!

Long after security consultant Brandon Tomas made the sale, he's still quick to answer my questions and assist me with any issues that come up. Unfortunately, my house was burglarized and the system panel was trashed on a Sunday night. Brandon arranged for Carl to replace the panel the next day. Corporate ADT quoted me an outrageous price, said the panel would take 2 weeks to order, then another week or so to schedule the repair appt after the part came in. Unbelievable. When my replacement panel had a problem that corporate ADT could not troubleshoot over the phone (twice), and offered to send a technician more than a week later, I went back to California Security Pro. Hector came on the 2nd business day, and quickly solved the problem. I've also spoken with the Installation and Billing Depts, and have always had good experiences with them as well. Everyone I have come in contact with has been courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't say enough positive things about them. Thank you, California Security Pro!

"After all, you can't really get any better than 5-star perfect!"
We recently moved to Oakland from Pasadena and have since met with a bevy of installers, representatives, contractors, etc. in our attempt to get things sorted out and try to bring a little order into the chaos we currently call home. So far, they can be broken down into three groups: pleasant and professional, curt but professional, and unpleasant and unprofessional. I'm happy to report that our experience with our area representative, Brandon Tomas, and our installer, Micah Robertson, fell squarely in the first.
Before I continue, let me add two caveats to my review: Firstly, we haven't experienced an emergency situation where we would need to rely on the system, so I'm afraid I can't review the company's monitoring services. Secondly, the house's previous owner failed to cancel their own account with ADT, so our system will not be fully online until that gets sorted out, although, to be fair, this was discovered until late Friday and it's Sunday as I write this. Rest assured knowing I will change my review if anything goes wrong and requires a downgrade or everything goes right and requires further confirmation.
Having bored you with these warnings, I will now proceed to the meat of this review: Brandon actually came to our house shortly after we had moved in and scheduled an appointment that we had to cancel due to illness. Unfazed by this temporary setback, he called us again, after politely waiting a few days until we got better, to schedule another appointment. Long story short, he showed up right on time, was very nice and professional, and went over our options with us without ever being pushy or trying to upsell us, which is particularly nice in an age when even websites are designed to upsell you!
Micah, our installer, came the next day and did a splendid job. Just like Brandon, he was very amiable and professional, answered all our questions in detail, and went over everything that we needed to know, not to mention that he was clearly really good at what he did. And just like Brandon, he did not give us a mean look when he had to maneuver around our crazy-cat-people Plexiglas drummer cage that we use to make sure our cats don't bolt out of the house (bonus points for that, because we both know that using a drummer cage for that purpose is absolutely ridiculous to begin with).
Shortly after Micah was done, Brandon came just to make sure that everything had been properly installed and that we didn't have any additional questions. Now, if every other person we've seen since we moved was this great (as some of them have been), I might lose some of my hatred for moving, but I doubt that will happen soon. These two guys provided a level of service that is almost unmatched in my short but intensive experience dealing with contractors, installers, technicians, etc. in the Bay Area, and I only say almost because a few others have been equally good. After all, you can't really get any better than 5-star perfect!
* 3rd caveat for people who have not had ADT before: We entered into a 24-month monitoring service agreement, so you should be ready for that.

Cant say I went wrong with this one! After reading the Yelp reviews, I was definitely interested in getting a quote for a new alarm system. I gave CA Security Pro a call after business hours on a Sunday. Imagine my surprise when I received a call back shortly that same evening. I had the great pleasure of speaking with Marissa. It was so effortless working with her. Emphasis on "working with" - because it wasn't about pushing products on me to make a sale (like it was with the other ADT dealers I spoke with). The vibe was so much different with Marissa; never once did I feel pressured or forced to buy anything. In fact, she made the effort to understand my living situation, needs, and preferences and presented me with options that were very flexible. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford. I could not be happier with the end result.
Usually when companies give you a window for an appointment, you could be waiting an hour or two or three. Pat and Micah came to do the install - these guys were on the dot on time! Very impressive. They were very professional. I told them they didn't have to wear the shoe covers in the house, and they did anyway. Both Pat and Micah were informative, told me everything they were going to do beforehand. They asked for my input on placement of the equipment and offered their expert opinions. Before they left, the made sure I knew how to operate the unit and answered all my questions. These guys were really friendly and funny and it was a pleasure working with them both.
I have to say, I'm so very impressed with the level of customer service this company provides. They blow the competition out of the water. I've had my system for a couple weeks now and it's working great. The peace of mind alone is priceless. I received a follow up call from Marissa to make sure everything was running smoothly (this girl works non stop!) If only this company was like a Starbucks where I could come back every day for their service... I'd be a regular!

We had our ADT alarm installed by California Security Pro almost a year ago. I recently wanted to make an upgrade to our system, and after initially experiencing a problem with whether or not I could upgrade, and ADT giving me inaccurate info on the phone about our current system, CSP was quick to rectify the problem. CSP went out of their way to give us the upgrade we wanted, at Significantly less than what ADT was quoting me for the same system, and our installer Rene was as good the 2nd time as he was the 1st time.
My only request now is that they offered gift cards, because my Mom wants to get an alarm installed now too and asked for a gift card to CSP for Christmas, but I couldn't buy her one (short of a Visa gift card, but it wouldn't have been dedicated to CSP).

Excellent service. I researched quite a bit and writing this after a few weeks on their service and I am glad I went with these guys. My representative was Jarrett McAllister and he was good enough to set up a later appointment so we could do it after work. He got there on time, was prepared to explain their system, and answer all my questions. One thing I really liked was the different choices available in service and pricing and we found a solution that fit my needs and budget perfectly.
We actually scheduled the install for I believe the next day and also after work which Jarrett set up. The installer gave us a confirmation call as scheduled and he was also very professional, knew his way around what he needed to do with their system and the installation to the house. He also provided a number where we could call him directly (not just the help desk but the installer directly which to me is a plus).
All in all, highly recommended.

"Kudos to Kyle for a wonderful service!"
We were in the market for a monitoring service because our existing home came with a security system installed with wired sensors. I called CSP on a Monday afternoon and they quickly set me up with a security assessment at 7:30pm the very next day on Tuesday. Since it was local to San Ramon, they were able to accommodate my request for a time later in the evening.
We had a very pleasant experience with Kyle who is the district manager and he walked us through the various options and products from ADT. He also recommended the most reasonable system which would work with our existing connections and security key pads. He did not force us with any upselling options and was able to give us the cellular option (since I have a VOIP) at the best price. I had called three companies before their installation charges for cellular was much higher.
Kyle completed the entire paperwork and the whole assessment is less than an hour and even scheduled an appointment on thursday morning. Installation was quick and painless. The good thing was that Kyle recommended a solution that required very little re-training on our part and helped us feel comfortable with the product.

Within 2 hours of my call, Kyle was at our home showing different plans offered by ADT. Two days later, as scheduled, Hector showed up to perform the installation. I was very impressed by how effectively he used his time. He made the requisite calls to ADT to get the unit activated at the same time he started the install, so by the time the install was done, the activation work by ADT was also completed. So far so good. My first call was with Dave (the owner) and he was very friendly and upfront. I was referred to another vendor for ADT but upon comparing reviews I had to give CSP a try, their reviews were far and away better than anyone in the bay area.
Dave scheduled my appt with Andy from the Napa office. Andy showed up right on time. Andy was friendly and knew what he was doing. He presented a few different packages and was helpful in choosing the right package for our new home.
Install day went smooth as well, unfortunately there was a step the installer could not complete so we have to schedule another appt.
I can overlook that given the customer service so far. I will update this in a week following the completed installation.

I was absolutely thrilled with how easy this process was. I sought out CA Security Pro after reading all the great reviews on Yelp. I went through the standard request process for a rep to show up at our Pleasant Hill home and was lucky enough to have "the one and only" Jarret McAllister show up. His online reputation is warranted.
He was able to work with my wife and I on pricing as well as provide us with the desired coverage. We both felt comfortable with the logical suggestions he made, as they did not feel like disingenuous sales pitches.
Micah Robertson was our technician and was extremeley polite and efficient. He arrived the day after our contract was signed and was in and out.
For whatever reason; from my own experiences it is rare to find organizations that excel in customer service. I would recommend CA Security Pro to anyone looking for a home security system and would fully vouch for both the individuals that helped us with our home.
It may seem insignificant, but what impressed me the most was that both Jarret and Micah arrived on time. I was told that a rep would arrive within a 2 hour window and both individuals were at my door step at the start of the 1st minute of that window! So helpful and provided us with more than just a consult, but the reassurance that we were making the right choice by setting up our security system with CSP. He provided us with helpful home tips and moreover, went above and beyond to give us the best possible deal. He was fun, personable and super friendly without being unprofessional. And if we weren't already pleased with Jarrett, the following day when Carl came to install our system, our heads exploded. Precision and accuracy was evident in his work. Compared California Security Pro ADT and Bay Alarm - the differences were substantial.
Brandon Tomas was very open-minded to different security scenarios, able to answer questions, and when he didn't know - he didn't hesitate to call a technician and get the answer or provide references that could give me the information I was looking for. He was never impatient, always responsive, stayed committed, and confirmed that every aspect of the installation was accomplished exactly the way we had talked about.
When Pat Amatrone showed up to do the installation, the first thing he did was put shoe covers on. That's class. The installation went smooth and as planned, and Pat made sure that I was clear on every part of operating the system, and was especially accommodating about some nuance preferences.
The service never stopped, even when I called or e-mailed after the installation.
The prices were lower, the equipment was better, and the service was phenomenal. What more can you ask for???

Needed to upgrade my security system. After having three local companies come out to assess my needs, I decided to contact CA Security Pros (ADT) to complete my due diligence. I had received the weekly fliers advertising $99 installation and a basic system. Knowing well that you "get nothing for nothing" I asked for a comparable quote over the phone based on my three local quotes. The Vice President, Greg listened to my needs, suggested a couple of additions including a cellular phone call option and still came in at half the price of the competition. The final price was much more than the $99 advertisement, but I wanted a better system.
The next part is the service which starts with the installation. Carl Henderson was the contractor who came out to install the system. Carl made a suggestion that we did not need one of the heat sensors originally quoted. He found a short in one of the lines and re ran wiring . Extremely efficient, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.
Overall was was very impressed with the pricing, installation and service from start to finish.

I did my homework and researched the Internet and the Better Business Bureau. CA Security Pro checked out with flying colors. I contacted a sales rep (Marrisa) and she was great!! Very helpful and informative. My family was interested on purchasing a home security system and so they did so. I purchased one next and Ron completed the installation. He arrived on time and he was professional. He worked through the early evening until 8pm or so. He didn't rush through and explained the system to my family very patiently. Waited 2 months for another company to get back to me to install a security system, they dropped the ball. Called Kyle in San Ramon and he stepped up to the plate in a couple of days and the install was done the next day. I actually trusted the installer to leave him at my house for about a half hour by himself only because I know Kyle is an honest man. Kyle and the installer were very helpful and explained every detail. I received a call the next day after the install from Kyle to make sure everything was to my liking. After calling other security companies, we decided to call CSP because of the yelp reviews and competitive pricing. Our rep, Jarrett, was able to meet us in the evening and was prompt, down to earth and knowledgeable about the company and products. He also reminded us that we can save on our home owner's insurance when you have a central alarm and all window/doors are protected. We called State Farm and we were able to save 10%! Once installed, my system had to be tweaked a handful of times due to my 4 cats, but Bill helped us through it all. These guys are the real pro. Brandon and Chad, the sales rep, stopped by as soon as I called them. They went over various options and we got rolling as soon as we signed up the contract. The next day they realized there was slight error in the paper work. Chad came by again late Fri evening just to fix this issue so that there is no delay in the installation.

"ADT Here I Come."
So 5 Stars goes to Jarrett McAllister my Security Consultant. I have been with ISP for 6 years now and they where bought out by All-Guard which I did not like at all. Jarrett came to my house and gave me a wonderful presentation. He did not try to sell me anything I did NOT need. Instead he asked me what I liked about my current system and what I would like to see changed. We spoke about what was not working out for me and he came up with a master plan!!. I had 4 other companies come out and give me quotes for the same systems. They where all above Jarrett's price range and of course the systems where not as nice. Well then it came down to getting the master plan in my husbands current budget which I thought would be impossible for what I wanted. But Jarrett came back and got me the price I need to get my system installed and even got me the installation date I need which is tomorrow. ADT here I come. Stay tuned for the installation review!! So far this company rocks!!

I must say that trying to filter through all of the possible systems to secure my home wasn't going to be a pleasant task. Lucky for me Bill Wood stay on top of his job and stopped by while we were moving in. What I liked about Bill is that he wasn't pushy at all, gave me options and then backed it all up with an e-mail and video feeds explaining the system. Shortly after moving to Petaluma, a representative from California Security Pro came to our door and asked if we would be interested in obtaining a security system. We just moved in to a new home in Piedmont. Showing initiative, Brandon stopped by to see if we needed an alarm system. He came back -- right on time -- for a follow up appointment and walked us through all our options (after waiting patiently for the first phone installer to try to figure out the phone system.) Fish was sent to give us a quote. He was very friendly and gave me a great price (better than 4 other companies I checked with) and I signed up right away. They installation happened the very next day, and the installer was very good as well. The installer forgot to leave the remote with me but, I called Fish and he had the installer sent right back. The installer quickly set up the remote for me and when I gave him some money for a tip he refused it!! Very friendly and professional. Painless and great experience!
