I would like to take this opportunity to commend Bill Wood (Area Representative) and Jesse (The Technician/Installer) for their professionalism and patience in dealing with all the questions I asked and all the changes that I requested from both of them during the installation of new ADT to my existing alarm system. Bill's excellent knowledge of the ADT's alarm system and his willingness to provide the best information my wife and I needed were greatly appreciated. The installer (Jesse) just did an excellent job in finishing the installation of 32 wired sensors in my house. I won't hesitate to provide Bill referrals for a job well done!

Jason Greathouse did a phenomenal job of determining our needs, providing a terrific security system in our pre-wired house, and providing the superior level of customer service we were looking for. Ryan Abalos came to my door and was so polite he deserved more then 5 stars ket go with 7 stars*******. He was not pushy and understood what good customer service means. Ryan follow up and made it a point to call after the install and even a week after tht to make sure everything was working propertly. I am so happy with him and the service. He gave us such a great deal and kept his word throughout the process.

There had been a rash of thefts in our area so we were in the market for a security system. Jarrett McAllister is the man to talk to. I did a fair amount of research before purchasing a system from California Security Pro, Jarrett didn't try and oversell me. He took the time find out what my requirements were and match those with his experience to create a system that was a perfect match for my family. We are very pleased with our ADT security system. Jared M. our ADT rep was very professional and knowledgeable during all of the steps of the sales and installation process. He showed up on time, eager to find a system that was right for me and my family.He took the time to give me detailed explanations on the features and functionality of the proposed system and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. Jared was very polite to my family and was very thorough which made the whole process go smoothly. I ended up with a great system that was just the right fit for my home, within my budget and I now I have great peace of mind that my home is thoroughly protected.

The installation process was very painless and the install technician was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He arrived on time and after no time I could see that he took pride in his work. He took great care to make the installation of all the components clean, neat, straight and functioning properly in my home. Before he left he made sure that I was comfortable with my system and left me with all the resources to answer any other questions that I may have forgot to ask.

Jason Greathouse with Ca Security Pro what can I say. Well...We kept getting this call on our caller ID figured it was a sales call we normally ignored it. This time we picked up. We have not had any problems thus far with the system and I would recommend it to friends and family. I had a question today and he answered it with no problems. Any time I have talked to him he is upbeat, thou-rough, and what most don't do he said he would send me something by email and he did with in matter of minutes then called me back again to tell me it went though. I had not received some paper work he sent that today as well. He is an asset to the company. Thank you.

Lance is my ADT Security System rep and he is fantastic!! I wish I would have contacted him years ago. I love our new ADT Security Alarm. With the alarm I feel safer. Not only am I protecting my property but my loved ones as well. The system provides a direct link to medical aid, and fire. If there ever is an emergency all I have to do is push a button. I also love the key fabs!! They are so small and conveniet. Lance did an amazing job!! I highly recommend the ADT System and Lance Quevillon!

Our company (a CPA firm) has recently moved to San Ramon. Over the Christmas holiday weekend, we contacted California Security Pro to inquire about installing a security system for our office. Marissa Esguerra returned our call on Christmas eve. Wow, that's service! She was very knowledgeable and delightful to work with. She was also very responsive to our needs. Patrick Amatrone (the senior technician) was the one who installed our system. He was great - very punctual, professional, competent, and personable. We had our system installed within 5 days from our initial contact. The price for the system and the monitoring service was outstanding! We truly had a wonderful experience with this company. We would give Marissa and Patrick each a "10-star" rating if that's available in Yelp and we mean it! If you are looking for a security system, California Security Pro is the company to go to!

We had a great experience with Ca Security Pro - ADT. We had explored several ADT contractors before deciding. We dealt with Jason Greathouse and he was thorough and clear in what we could and should consider. We chatted several times with him and clarified our choices. We felt that the pricing was very favorable so we went ahead with the installation. Carl, their installer is likewise a star. He was very capable and clear in explaining the system - how to use it , etc. He worked efficiently and did a wonderful job. We've done a lot of remodeling and dealt with a lot of contractors of all types over many, many years and 3 different Bay Area locations. We are happy that we now have a first rate system installed and have chatted with the monitoring staff and are happy that we have access to them and that they are there when we need them. So, no reservations about this recommendation.

Ryan from California Security Pro's came to my door a few days ago pitching ADT home security systems. I usually turn door to door salesman away but I gave Ryan a chance and I'm glad I did. Lance is my ADT rep! He is awesome! I was on the fence about installing a home security system in my house an Lance was awesome he took the time an explained everything. He even went above an beyond to answer all my crazy questions. A due to my procrastination he was amazing by getting my system in at the last min on a friday afternoon so i could sleep peacefully! He still takes the time to answer my off the wall questions that pop in my head! He's so friendly and honest! I tell everyone thats looking for an alarm system, Lance is your guy!

So far, I could not be happier. These days you are lucky to get average customer service, much less superior service. California Security Pro has over-exceeded my expectations.

A neighbor was burglarized on my street and it left me feeling very uneasy so I decided to look into security systems. After seeing the positive reviews on Yelp, I contacted CA Security Pro and spoke with Marissa. Marissa was very professional and explained everything in great detail. She answered all of my questions and was available any time I needed to speak with her. My installation technician, Pat, was prompt, professional and very competent. I can't tell you what a pleasure they both were to work with.

We have only had the system a couple of days but so far everything has gone off without a hitch and I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and service they have provided. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I myself directly did not purchase services through California Security Pro, but my boyfriend did and I am at his house more then I am at mine so I felt the need to write a review about how great the service is here. This Company demonstrates the definition of good customer service full circle from the Sales Associates to the Technicians that come to your home.
