"I spent ages figuring out whether or not to go with a service (ADT, Bay, Comcast) or just buying and implementing my own equipment. Regardless, I wanted rock solid, reliable, cutting edge hardware and most of the stuff off the shelf didn't do it for me. ADT and Bay use Honeywell which is very reliable. In the end, I ended up going with ADT and CSP via the positive reviews for Brandon and also because I really like the ADT Pulse app for my Iphone/web browser to turn on/ff alarm and check my motion activated porch cam. It was anything BUT your typical cable / phone / service call process. They schedule around you. Brandon is awesome. Didn't sell me anything I didn't need and it's comforting to have someone other than 1-800 ADT to help in the event issues arise. I've been up and running for a month now. My address is also gimmicky and is sometimes considered Piedmont even though it's Oakland. Brandon also paid my $25 Oakland Police registration after it became apparent that it was needed (not needed in Piedmont). Can't say enough good things about Brandon. Whatever they're paying him, it's probably not enough. As far as the service, so far so good."
