We recently moved to Antioch from the South Bay and were looking into getting an alarm system when Joseph Abeyta from ADT came by to greet us. He wasn't pushy at all in going over all of our various options for how to have our system monitored. We didn't get the pre-wired model so we had to go with a wireless system which worked out very well for us. We decided to go with the pulse app and so far have been very glad we did. Our installation went very smooth and only took about two hours. Hector, our installer was also very professional and clean. The day after we had our system put in, Joseph came back to help us get our App all set up and also went out of his way to recommend various improvements that we could make ourselves to the outside of our home and garage to make our house more secure. Great experience! Excellent customer service, Matthew Moorhead came to my house on a Sunday.  I had my car broken into in my driveway the night before. He walked through my house assessing what would be the best options for me. He patiently explained how the plans worked and was able to schedule an appointment with a technician within two days. I am definitely recommending him to my family and friends!!

Joseph and Carl are totally awesome!!! Joe came over in the middle of the night to explain how the security system works and the options it has.  Joe spent several hours with my family and explained the Do's and Don'ts of positioning sensors. Also where most burglars tend to attack/break-in first.

Carl installed the system without any issues. He also gave us a tutorial on how to use it. Gave me his cell number in case I have questions about the service. I really can't thank them enough to make my family feel secure in our home and neighborhood.

I've been a customer for about 2 months. At first yes I felt all these alarm company reps are all sleazy... But I'm reviewing the initial rep and the installer Pat. I was able to quickly make an appointment. Everything was explained to me... The price is reasonable... The going rate. Some of the other companies I called for ADT were pushy... I had to sternly decline their services after several follow up phone calls. One company even charged my card for install when I just called for quote. So Pat was fast enough, thorough & knowledgeable... And had the most beautiful eyes. Hahaha. And he even liked my choice of music as he worked n my home. I like the pulse camera outside. I use it as my peephole when ppl knock on my door  I feel like my home is more secure while I'm away & me when I'm home alone. Try them.
