On Saturday, George, the installation technician, promptly and courteously followed up with me to confirm installation.  In fact, his schedule freed up so he could accommodate an installation time a few hours earlier.   Upon arrival, George was very thorough assessing my house, installing/testing all equipment quickly, and walking me through on using both the control panel and the ADT Pulse website/phone app.

Grant Fecher met with us and was very professional! He went through all of the options ADT offers. The best part- he was not pushy like "typical" salespeople. He was professional and respectful.   While installing the system, some of the drywall must have piled on the floor. With my dustpan in hand, he asked where the trash was. He swept up the dust! "These guys are truly awesome."

Otis came out and visited with us shortly after we moved in. He was polite and professional and explained the system extremely well. We were basically sold on the spot and signed up that day. He explained that Ron would be coming out the next week to install and configure the system. Ron came out yesterday and spent about 6 hours getting everything 100% working. We got video cameras etc. so it takes a little bit longer to wire and drill etc. Ron was so cool and knowledgeable. After doing a quick walk-through of our house and showing him where we wanted everything, he got to work and once he finished up, he showed us how the system works and made sure we understood it completely. Overall, I can't recommend these guys more highly. I do not understand why there are any negative reviews on here at all and I believe it must be a review for another ADT provider because these guys rock!

By the time he was done I had an installation date for the next day. Installation was a breeze, Ron Loetz was professional, clean and very patient with explaining the system functions and let me tell you I was drained from a long day and was not catching on as fast my kids. Jason was true to his word, he came back the day after installation to see if we had any issues or questions. These two gentlemen made my experience painless and I am very grateful that we feel safe and secure now that we know ADT is protection us.

My wife wanted a security system for our new house. Initially I was reluctant bc I've always had big dogs protecting my home. Anyway Ana B. was great. She helped me get a great ADT pulse system. I even got automation so I can unlock doors if I get locked out w my iPhone and even set the temperature. I got carried away and included video surveillance and sensors for the windows and motion and glass sensors as well. She was able to work with me and got me a great deal!!  I will definitely call her for more upgrades!!

I had a great experience dealing with ca security pro for my home security system. Grant Fecher was professional and SO helpful throughout the whole process and even came back early the next morning just to help me with getting my account straightened out. Where do I start...... well first of all, my wife and I had a great experience with salespersons Ana, Angel, and installer Ron Loetz. For starters, Ana and Angel are subject matter experts. They knew in detail about how the system works and benefits that come from it. They broke the system's operations "Barney Style." Because of them, my wife and I are able to operate the system without the need of customer service. On the other hand, Ron (The installer) is a professional. He made recommendations on where the motion sensor should be installed because of our dogs. He also did not make a mess and ensured to go over the system's operating system again. I had shopped around for security systems, and I was interested the most in the Angie's List deal that CA Security Pro offered.  The sales guys came and did a fantastic job - they looked around the house to see what we would need (or want), gave us a good deal for pricing.  We were not intending to purchase that day, but they gave us such a good deal (based on what I had seen to that point) that we couldn't say no.  They were excellent sales reps.  We got more than the Angie's List deal offered, but they still gave us a good price for what we were buying (based on their sales rates that they carry around with them).  We set up the install, and when that happened, I couldn't have been more impressed with how everything went.  The installer came in, put everything in efficiently (and correctly), and thoroughly explained the system to me.  He was patient with any questions and did not act like it was a burden to explain the system or any random questions I had. In short, at every level, we have been treated as I think those in customer service should always treat potential (and current) customers.  I was very happy to have gone with CA Security Pro and would recommend them to anyone. I think with alarm companies these days, you are going to get a lot of the same services, but what matters to me is that I am treated well.  I expect to have a quality security system (which I think I got), but it means something when people are respectful and kind and helpful.

Smooth from the first phone call inquiry up through installation

I found out about the company through Angie's List, where they were highly rated and were having a $99 installation deal on the Pulse System. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and set up an appointment for me with Angel. Angel was also pleasant and easy to work with, not being too pushy or overselling. The only glitch was the day we were to have the installation, the installer's previous job ran late so we ended up having to postpone our installation to the next day. That said, the installer called us a couple times to update us, and he was very polite and apologetic.
