Matt & Pat from California Security Pro took great care of me! I had just moved into my house in West Oakland and within the first week had packages stolen and a few other fun incidents take place. They gave me a great deal on equipment & installation, and importantly, were realy fast. I called them on a Weds, they came to see the place on Friday afternoon, and installation happened Saturday morning first thing. I'm now set up amazingly well and feeling safe in my new home.

These guys are extremely customer focused.  I was paying $25 a month for monitoring services for a 20 year old alarm system that was tied into my home phone. We dumped our home phones because they are just a waste of money and only use our cell phones these days so the old alarm system didn't work anymore.  The old alarm company wanted $700 to put a new cellular pad in the house and it had nowhere near the bells and whistles I get with ADT.

I now have the $59 a month service from ADT and they used all my old door and window detectors which is a very large number that are hardwired in so that is great.  Kyle, my sales rep explained all of this to me and he was great through the whole process. Pat, the installer came by today to install the system - he was awesome - knows his stuff inside and out, was pleasant, and efficient.  For the $99 I upgraded to cellular, got a motion detector, a camera, another wireless detector for the wine cellar, a lamp switch, and the alarm can be armed and disarmed from one of 4 places:

1) The downstairs keypad
2) The upstairs keypad
3) A key fob - this is great for walking the dog - go out the back door and arm the whole house with a press of a button
4) My cellphone - the ADT Pulse App from the App Store works great.  I can see what is going on on the camera, arm the house from NY if I want, set up a vacation schedule so the lamp goes on and off at certain times while I am on vacation.

I needed a new system anyway, and if I think about some of the things we spend money on, an extra $35 a month for great safety, piece of mind, convenience, flexibility, and state of the art technology was an easy decision for me.

ADT has good technology but the real difference maker here is California Security Pro.  These things can get complicated and having a great dealer that is first class from the sale through to the install deserves a review like this .  Not easily impressed but was today.

I don't do reviews, but these guys were awesome! Brandon was amazing, prompt, professional and kind. Even nice to my crazy dog. Installation took longer than anticipated due to our old house, but they did their best to finish on time. I feel more secure and satisfied. We've used bay alarm, AT&T digital life and now Adt and so far this was a stellar experience. The service is a bit more expensive, but I'm hoping that is because of the quality of the experience! And that if we ever do need the alarm for realz, Adt will be ready.

I recently had a terrible house fire and the house is empty, and hard to secure. Someone broke in a window and stole a ladder, and we were worried that something worse could happen.. another fire for example, from someone trying to "keep warm" inside. Brandon told me all about my options, including making it easy by pointing out the best choices.  He is really knowledgeable about every aspect of ADT technology, and he answered questions I didn't even realize I should be asking.He made the process very easy for me. When we figured out what I wanted to do, he brought Jesse to the house and got us started putting the system together.  It's a big house and we needed a bunch of sensors, but Jesse is a pro and made it happen without hesitation.  His fingers flew across the controls of the alarm system as he programmed it, like he's done this a million times.And everything has been working perfectly since day 1.  It's amazing.I highly recommend Brandon and Jesse if you need an alarm, they will make it happen with no delay and no confusion.

Brandon Tomas the salesman for California Security Pro got me a fantastic deal on a ADT wireless security system.  I had moved into a home that had never had a security system installed before.  Brandon was able to get the installation done for free which was something ADT had originally promised me if I would transfer my existing service.  However, when ADT found out there were no sensors on the windows they wanted an additional $40/window.  Brandon is the definition of good customer service and what a good salesman should be.  If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.  He also followed up the next day after installation to check on me and if I had any further questions.  Jesse Amatrone installed the new ADT wireless security system in my home and did a fantastic job!  He arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment window and finished within an hour or so.  He took the time to carefully explain and introduce the new system to me.  I would highly recommend California Security Pro to anyone looking for a new security system.  Very Happy Customer!!!
