Got a new ADT panel free! I just moved in to a new house and they knocked my door the second day I moved in, explained everything very clearly and patiently. The system got installed the second day after they came, and everything worked precisely and accurately. The package comes with a motion sensor, but I already have one from my old system, so they give me an extra key fob with no charge instead of the sensor. It was very nice. They also put an ADT secured sign outside my house to increase the security level more.

They called me after installation, making sure everything is okay. I have some troubles using ADT pulse (the iOS app for controlling the system), and they stayed on the line helping me trouble shooting and fixed the issue. Also, got quick enough replies when I ask them questions via text msg.

Very nice product and even nicer service. 5*.

Glad to work with these people. Got a good deal from Mike. And I want to thank Bob for installation. He come to our house three times to make sure everything works. He also provide professional advices to help us decide where to put sensors. I haven't use the system for long time and find that there might be some bug with it. But these guys are very helpful and will solve the problem ASAP.

Awesome customer service. We called for a qoute and Mike came in less than 30 minutes. He gave us a quote in less than 5 minutes. If you need ADT call these guys rather than calling ADT direct. We were also given an installation date for next day ! The new installation is fast and everything is wireless. No need to put wires in the walls. Homestar did a great job with our home in Lynnwood. Their salesperson, David, was very knowledgeable about the products and walked us through the agreement and contract at our pace. The installer, Brent, really knew his stuff about the new Pulse touchscreen and was quick and efficient. The installation was done in 2 hours, which was a little longer than I thought it would take, but he got the motion detector, three doors, carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector installed just fine. 

Highly recommended.

I knew I wanted an ADT alarm system but was unsure what to do after that.  I did an internet search and found Homestar.  I was a little skeptical after seeing the reviews on Yelp, but gave them a call.

They assured me they had a couple bad apple sales reps that had since moved on.

These guys came to our door on December 9th around 8pm, it was dark outside so we were a little suspicious at first, that ADT would come to our door asking about a security system, the young man was very friendly and said by putting an ADT sign in my yard he could give me free equipment, being skeptical I asked about the catch, he informed me that it would only be the cost to have it monitored, we had been thinking about getting an alarm and had no idea that ADT had such a great offer, long story short we let him in to talk,he did a walk around of our house addressing areas of concern we had, and put together a camera package that would work with our cell phones! Because we had someone snooping in our back yard and had to call the cops a week ago we decided to get the system, we are so glad we didn't let our skepticism deter us from inviting him in, the tech came next day did a really great job with the install mounted our camera in the back facing the cars it took approximately 3 hours for the whole install. Now we love checking in on our driveway and indoor cameras it's awesome! A+++ Homestar ADT was great!

I am really happy to have ADT installed from Homestar. They have the best rates in market and match their competitors in terms of money, offers and promotions. Michael from Homestar was very kind to hear me out and provide me  best deals and install the latest technology ADT equipment at my House.

Brent and Aaron were installers at my house and they knew their job very well and completed the installation in time and also educated us on the ADT system. They are approachable even after installation is done.

Being a First Time Home Buyer when approached by the  Sales Person from Homestar who promised to get latest and greatest ADT equipment but on the day of installation it was not what I was expecting. I raised my concern and that's when Michael pitched in and went out of his way to get the latest ADT equipment  installed which I wanted. Thanks Michael for going this extra mile and you are the feather in the cap for Homestar.

We also bought some cameras with our system (indoor and outdoor), and had them setup for motion capture. One of the cameras aimed out our patio recently captured someone walking up and looking into our window. We were able to save the video and send it to our local Police. Living in a ground-level unit, it's given us a lot of reassurance having the system. HomeStar and Michael and team are so personable, friendly and available to help, we really feel taken care of and know that if there's any issue or if we have any questions, they're always happy to help out. I would highly recommend them.

The installation and service of my ADT HomeStar Security system was top notch.  Unfortunately, I had it installed AFTER I had been burglarized.  I experienced none of the issues that others have noted in their reviews.  I'm puzzled by the reviewer who noted that the person parked his car down the street.  What am I missing there? Also, this is a business and of course they are going to try to sell their product.  Don't understand that comment, either. Maybe these negative comments are from competitors?  The installation of the sytem was quick and the instructions for use easy to follow. I was very pleased with all aspects of this transaction and highly recommend this business.

Had a great experience with the company.  All questions are answered quickly and I find them very helpful and assuring while learning to use the system.  Our phone service was incorrectly installed, so HomeStar's tech wasn't able to finish his work.  Even so, he was really friendly and patient and HomeStar sent another tech out to finish the job.  At that time, Brent, completed the install as well as updated all of our smoke detectors.  We especially like knowing there is a functioning smoke detector outside our girls' bedroom, which is upstairs.  We also really like the the monthly payments are so affordable.  I love the comfort the security system brings to our home.

My husband and I were referred by a friend, for having a alarm system put in our house. I made an appt. to have them come out to go over everything with us. The sales assoc. was wonderful, she walked thought everything that we could do with our house. Then sat with us and spend all the time we needed going over all questions we had, with no pushy sales. At our install appt. a week later, I meet Brent that does there install work. He was wonderful couldn't say anything bad, he stepped inside my door while removing his shoes out of respect of my home. Which is very important to me, also I don't like it when my dogs bother people when they are not there for them. He had no problem with them going though his tools and watching him work . :)  He was fast did a great job, no mess and made sure I knew everything before he left. Brent gave me is mobile number in case we had any problems going into the weekend.  I have had Brent out on other time for something I messed up, he put me in at the end of his day and fixed it asap....   I would recommend them to anyone, wonderful group.

These guys are not only fun and energetic, they work overtime to get the job done. I called Michael and they came out the same week and outfitted my new office. Even though there was issues with installing through concrete walls, the tech, said "don't worry about it" and stayed late and did it anyway. Unreal how quickly they arrived after inquiring and even more so how hard the tech paid attention to my business needs to have a specific type of install.
