She was awesome with her delivery and was patient as I had many questions about the security system. Some presentations for me are a bit to status quo and I felt this was a saleswoman who had compassion for the customer and was a great listener. So, wherever you are Dorelle Thanks for a job well done. Hard working young man and great customer service. The dude picked up a call from me at 9pm or so on a Sunday night when I just wanted to ask him a billing question. He promised to get me answer by next day and it was all good. Seriously who picks up a call to his cell from a customer on a Sunday night? Respect for that. [Hector](https://www.californiasecuritypro.com/san-francisco-security-companies/california/hector-hurtado-caballero) (installer) - Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable too.  I asked a ton of questions, being all around annoying in the beginning. He answered every single question patiently. Good dude. ADT Pulse (system)- I had some reservation about going with ADT after being told they are relatively expensive versus the other competitor, but I  decided to go with it mostly out of laziness- I didn't want to keep looking.  I never have had an alarm system before so hard to estimate a relative score here, but the system I ended up going with is exactly what I wanted. No complaints. I really like the app and the camera.  If there is one slight negative it is probably the monthly cost and the initial set up cost- both slightly higher than what I planned on paying but not crazy. This company really is willing to do whatever it takes to get you the right service to match your budget/needs. From the person who answered the phone, the rep [Kyle](https://www.californiasecuritypro.com/ADT-San-Ramon/California/Kyle-Madison/), to the [installer](https://www.californiasecuritypro.com/san-francisco-security-companies/california/hector-hurtado-caballero/), I felt like they wanted to get me exactly what I wanted. I had contacted two other companies that I was familiar with. What a waste of time. I was looking for a system for my client and possibly my own home. The other companies seemed confused by taking two orders at once. Not only that, it would take up to three weeks to get the systems installed. Cal Sec Pro offered to get BOTH jobs done within 3-5 days. Price was much lower than the competition. Service was exceptional. And I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to my most discerning real estate clients. He was on time and did a great job explaining the ADT system and the options available. He provided excellent service and arranged installation for the following day. The process couldn't have gone smoother. Likewise with the installation which was done by Pat. He even showed up early. He was very professional and patient in explaining how to operate the system. The system was installed very quickly without any mess or cleanup. I am very happy that I went with California Security Pro and highly recommend them. He had me signed up within 15 minutes and had Hector at my house the next morning installing the system. They both explained how to use the system very thoroughly and I couldn't of been happier with their level of domain knowledge and expertise with the ADT alarm systems. Highly recommended. Its makes me feel so comfortable to know that were being protected from burglary, fire and medical emergencies. Especially since my father is elderly; the medical portion of the system is outstanding. It definitely takes the worry out of leaving him home alone. I know if an emergency were to happen that he could just simply press the button on the wireless remote and a paramedic will be on the way. This system is very affordable, but you can't put a price on your life, so that makes this system priceless!
