Brandon (sales rep) - Prompt, Courteous, Knowledgeable. Hard working young man and great customer service. The dude picked up a call from me at 9pm or so on a Sunday night when I just wanted to ask him a billing question. He promised to get me answer by next day and it was all good. Seriously who picks up a call to his cell from a customer on a Sunday night? Respect for that. Hector (installer) - Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable too. I asked a ton of questions, being all around annoying in the beginning. He answered every single question patiently. Good dude. ADT Pulse (system)- I had some reservation about going with ADT after being told they are relatively expensive versus the other competitor, but I decided to go with it mostly out of laziness- I didn't want to keep looking. I never have had an alarm system before so hard to estimate a relative score here, but the system I ended up going with is exactly what I wanted. No complaints. I really like the app and the camera. If there is one slight negative it is probably the monthly cost and the initial set up cost- both slightly higher than what I planned on paying but not crazy.
