Guillermo was super awesome! At first we called cooperate to get the adt system installed, but he came over to our house before and told us about what he can do for us. It was way better then what we would have imagined! The installation by Sam was great too. Then Guillermo came by again and did a little pop quiz and checked in to see how everything went. Highly recommend them to anyone we know!

Wow Guillermo Aguilar really knows how to get his work done right. He was extremely patient explaining with detail all about the alarm system that I bought. I'm very happy with his work and I strongly recommend him as your ADT sales person. Guillermo of ADT Services came out and helped me get a security system installed that alleviated my stress of being in a single parent household & in a new neighborhood. I just bought a place & having the system installed helped me feel at ease of running my household, going to work, & leaving my children secured while in the home or while being away. If I could afford it, anyone can in my opinion. Guillermo set me up with a really great deal and was here to see me through the whole ordeal from start to end. He answers all his phone calls quickly and was here to answer each and every one of my concerns. The set up for the house is really secure & nice. Very techie but not over the top where you cant understand it, even if if you're as old school as me. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service for anyone wanting peace of mind for you and your family. Brian and Guillermo were both very honest and kind to give us a very good deal compared to what ADT company offered. They thoroughly explained how everything works and answered every questions we had with informative answers. On top of that, they were super friendly and never tried to sell us more than what we want. Installation was done today by Armando and we are very satisfied with the system and the service. Armando kindly explained everything step by step and walked through everything we need in order to get started.

I just started with the service 2 days ago. The people I dealt with are very helpful. I got a good deal. When it was installed, the person who installed it was so patient explaining to me and to my 2 little kids who will be staying with grandma all the time. He explained it well to us esp to the kids {ages 8 and 6} just in case there will be an emergency, what to do with the alarm since my mom panics all the time. Brandon made sure that we really understand how it works by asking me and my 8yr old son questions and let us demonstrate how the system works. My first concern that I told him is im afraid that he will put holes on my wall and the cables exposed. But he did great on that. My older sons didn't even noticed where the cable is. It was done perfect. Also he was so professional and very kind person. Overall service, I am satisfied. from the sales person Guillermo, Brian {who gave me a good deal} and Brandon.
