Needed to upgrade my security system. After having three local companies come out to assess my needs, I decided to contact CA Security Pros (ADT) to complete my due diligence. I had received the weekly fliers advertising $99 installation and a basic system. Knowing well that you "get nothing for nothing" I asked for a comparable quote over the phone based on my three local quotes. Greg listened to my needs, suggested a couple of additions including a cellular phone call option and still came in at half the price of the competition. The final price was much more than the $99 advertisement, but I wanted a better system.
The next part is the service which starts with the installation. Carl Henderson was the technician who came out to install the system. Carl made a suggestion that we did not need one of the heat sensors originally quoted. He found a short in one of the lines and re ran wiring . Extremely efficient, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.
Overall was was very impressed with the pricing, installation and service from start to finish.
