He was very professional, polite and knew what he was doing, He did a great job of removing the old system that the previous owners had and installing the new one. He realize we couldn't go with cellular in our area, because the signal was dropping off to much and hard wire our system, which of course save us money. He was very good at explaining everything. Also the customer service rep Leslie Caceres was of great help correcting things and getting me answers about questions I had and scheduling a quick appointment that sent Lee out. And Don the sales rep was nice and helpful when looking over what we needed. Thank you all, Ray. ![Ray M. Pat Amatrone was very well trained and it seems like he has been doing this for a long time.  He was able to answer all my question and put me at ease with the user functions of the system.  Make sure to use this company, you will not be disappointed.  I will be sure to recommend your company to all my friends and family members!!!! ** -  [Yogan M.](https://www.yelp.com/user_details?userid=clBrwVc6G4yunr1zPZKocg), ****Fremont, CA** ** ....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................** ![verisign](https://www.californiasecuritypro.com/hs-fs/file-17690223-jpg/images/verisign.jpg?width=93&name=verisign.jpg) Call Now [1-800-310-9490 ](tel:1-800-310-9490)2551 San Ramon Valley Blvd, Suite 217 San Ramon, CA 94583 [![bbb-follow-icon](https://www.californiasecuritypro.com/hs-fs/file-2489665837-png/images/new/icons/bbb-follow.png)](http://www.bbb.org/greater-san-francisco/business-reviews/security-systems-consultants/california-security-pro-in-san-ramon-ca-370764#bbblogo) [![yelp-follow-icon](https://www.californiasecuritypro.com/hs-fs/hub/137046/file-2481222748-png/images/new/icons/yelp-follow-icon.png)](http://www.yelp.com/biz/california-security-pro-adt-authorized-dealer-san-ramon-2)
