"Superb installation and support" My wife put me in charge of making arrangements for a complete upgrade to our existing security system. After searching on the internet for installers, I was lucky enough to be led to the Security Pro Group of San Ramon via lots of good reviews posted on Yelp.I called Kyle Madison (925-997-7563) and was able to make an appointment for him to visit us the next day to assess our existing system and make recommendations. Our goal was not only to upgrade our existing system but to also add cameras for surveillance/recording.Kyle was able to quickly assemble a proposal that would use portions of the existing system that were not obsolete and to include some Flir cameras for outdoor surveillance. Kyle did an outstanding job of scoping out new equipment that met our needs. He did not attempt to sell us anything that we did not need. After finalizing the proposal, we were able to get onto the Security Pro Group's installation schedule very quickly.Within a few days, the security equipment installation technicians (Jesse and William) arrived to install the security system upgrades and cameras. They worked quickly and systematically. All the wire runs, conduits, terminations, and equipment installations were performed neatly and thoroughly. Upon completion, they gave us great training on the system operation.Kyle followed up after the installation to make sure we were completely satisfied. We did have one problem with a window sensor that failed a few days after installation. This was simply a defective sensor and not an issue with Security Pro Group's installation. Kyle quickly arranged for a technician to return to our house to install a replacement sensor.Everything is working great! Many, many thanks to Kyle, Jesse, and William for superb installation and support. We highly recommend the Security Pro Group of San Ramon.

"The price was almost too good to be true too!" We had our system installed on December 9, 2016. A very positive experience from start to finish. Kyle did a wonderful job explaining what the system could do and we were able to feel comfortable with what we chose. One of the things we liked most is that he didn't try and oversell features we really didn't need. The install by Pat was great too. He was very knowledgable about the install as well as the system. He explained all the features so we were able to use the system right away. The price was almost too good to be true too! Definitely give them a call when you are shopping for home security.
