We called the sales rep, Danny, for a quote for our building because we were very frustrated with our current service. Danny was here the same day to look at our system and provided us a quote immediately on site. He was very professional and reviewed all our options and his recommendations in detail. We decided to go with their service and everything was signed, sealed, installed and up and running within 48 hours. The new system is easy to use and even came with a neat little remote control. The technicians were fast and amazing and gave all the employees an in depth training session. The follow up has been fantastic. They are always keeping in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly and they even gave us great service over the phone to set up our online access and phone apps.
