As I recently purchased a home in Orinda,Ca that requires a substantial remodel I was faced with a security issue as we would not be moving in till after completion which was 3- 4 months out at best. With work people in the house each day I needed to remotely secure it after 4PM and open it up by 7:00 AM in the morning. Brandon from California Security Pro came to the rescue and configured a system that worked off of the cellular network and allowed my IPhone to Arm and disarm the system. He then brought in Carl to do the install and training session who was quick and careful and had me up and going in less than 45 minutes. Brandon and Carl as a team rate 5 stars in my book.

So we were naturally very careful about the next company we chose to do business with.We couldn't be more pleased. Kyle Madison, the District Manger, came by on a Thursday and patiently walked us through our alternatives. He arranged for Pat Amatrone to do the installation the following Monday and the installation went smoothly. Pat did a great job of making sure the equipment was exactly as we wanted and walked us through both the online and app versions of the software. We have been using the system without issue for a couple of weeks now and couldn't be more satisfied.

"The whole team and experience start to finish was excellent."Trying to work through the differences across home security systems is painful and you always feel like you are getting ripped off - but these guys made it as pleasant as possible. Lance came out on a weekend to walk us through the ADT system. Jarrett called and sold us on their capabilities. He was super responsive via text and got us scheduled on time. Shortly there after we had Carl come over for the installation. Doug from ADT's wireless partner company i-Control came over to make sure everything went smoothly with the installation. It was great they took the extra effort to have him join. They both were early and waited until it was time to come in. Extremely professional, competent and nice. Carl is a complete expert. I felt comfortable with both of them in my home setting everything up and answering my questions. They even went above and beyond to come up with other security ideas and Carl even shared his contact information and was incredibly responsive. The whole team and experience start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend.

"Wonderful customer service."This review is a little overdue, but I wanted to note that we were really happy with the assistance we received from Paul. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of different options tailored to our needs. He made suggestions and gave us information without ever making us feel pressured. We really like the simple-to-use but especially secure systems offered by this company, and the wonderful customer service we've received up to this point is very encouraging. A company is no better than the people running it, and from what we've seen so far, they have some great people working for them!
