Great service, all went as represented, Kyle Madison gave good, clear representation of what to expect and did followup as well to check on our satisfaction. Installation was very fast due to wireless system.  All has worked great in the 8 or so months since we've had the system.  If the system goes off (we accidentally set it off several times) we are immediately notified of the event and how it was resolved.  Could not be happier.

Ask for Paul! He not only made himself available right away to walk us through the different packages they have, and tailored one to our specific needs. But he helped my mom realize that getting the ADT system is not just for personal security, but safety. The instant access to fire, medical and police in the event of an emergency makes this security system feel more like a safety feature, than a burglary deterrent. The remote arming/panic button makes the system really easy to use as well.

My aunts home was broken into last year 2 times. She finally decided to get a security system installed. After lots of shopping around,and lots of uncertainty she called California Security Pros, and they sent out Jarret McAllister. He was able to explain the process of installing home security in a way that made sense,and she has never felt more safe in the home, or comfortable leaving her home while she is at work. Since then my cousin has also worked with Jarret to have a system installed,and as soon as my wife and I close on our home, we plan on having one installed there as well.
