I am Brian Piccolo and I have been in the security industry with ADT for 20 years I started in Seattle, Washington where my father started an ADT dealership with my brother and I. I moved to Rancho Cucamonga with my family in 2016 after being in Washington for 25 years. We needed some fun in the sun!!

I enjoy going to Disneyland with my family. I love to golf. I am a bit of a gamer... it is my escape. Seahawks and Mariners are my teams! I have been with ADT my whole career. I just had my ADT pulse security system installed. I sent Brian a message through yelp and he got back to me very quickly. He explained the packages he offered and the best one that fit my needs and budget. Armando was also very professional and organized and did a very nice clean install. He explained how to use the system and made sure to answer all questions. Just purchased a home system.  Brian was super informative and helpful on making the process quick and smooth.  Once we agreed to the very affordable installation and monthly contract (including ADT Pulse app access), he was able to schedule installation the next morning.  

Gil was our expert installer. He was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after himself.  I was told installation would be completed and we would be shown how to use the system in 2.5 hrs.  Gil was in and out in exactly that time, and he provided a thorough tutorial about using the system.

All in All we are very happy with the service we received & ADT's follow up has been spot on.

I called and Brian came out that same day to talk to us about our security needs. I was planning on shopping around a little more, but after meeting and speaking with Brian, we decided to use his company. He knows his stuff.  Gil installed the system and he is very knowledgeable. He explained how everything work and answered any questions we had. We did have a couple little glitches with our system, but Gil came out and took care of us. They did stand behind their work, which was refreshing. We are satisfied with the system and the service. My only complaint would be with installation appointment times. They should give a time frame (like a 1 hour window) of when they will arrive. We were told a set appointment time, and they didn't arrive at the scheduled time (twice). They made up for it with their service, but still was a littleinconvenient to be waiting at home. Overall - I would recommend, and it does seem like Brian goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy.

We started looking for a good dealer of ADT here at yelp coz we got tired of those dealers who were coming in our house pressuring us to get their services right away. Obviously they see that we weren't ready coz we just moved in that that day, busy and tired as hell and yet those dealers didn't respect that. All they cared about was the money or the deal. And I didn't like that attitude. Same thing when we called the numbers on those ADT flyers, even worse coz they were so rude and pressured us even more! So then, I found Brian on yelp and decided to give him a try for our ADT security system. Not knowing he is going to knock on our house to offer his services on that same day that we were going to call or walk into his office. What a weird coincidence!!! Brian was patient enough to answer all my husband's questions and he really knows his stuff! His guy came as scheduled and did a clean and smooth job! After a few days, we noticed that the back camera was not giving a good view at night. We called Brian, he sent Gil right away and was able to position the camera to its right angle. Brian even came to dropped by that night to check if everything is working fine. Thanks Brian for a very smooth transaction and for having professional installers. Just moved into our new home and contacted Brian for a quote on a security system.  Could not have asked for a better experience.  Brian met with my wife went over our home and our needs then proposed the best options available.  He was great.  Very informative without being the least bit pushy.  He knew the product and how it would best suit our needs.  Brian followed thru to make sure the installation was done as scheduled.  His installer was neat and clean.  No mess.  After the installation was complete, he took the time to review all the aspects of the system.  He went over how they functioned and how to program them.  A week or so later, Brian came by again to make sure we were happy with the install and answer any questions we had.  His whole purpose was to make sure we were happy. I just started with the service 2 days ago. The people I dealt with are very helpful. I got a good deal. When it was installed, the person who installed it was so patient explaining to me and to my 2 little kids who will be staying with grandma all the time. He explained it well to us esp to the kids {ages 8 and 6} just in case there will be an emergency, what to do with the alarm since my mom panics all the time. Brandon made sure that we really understand how it works by asking me and my 8yr old son questions and let us demonstrate how the system works. My first concern that I told him is im afraid that he will put holes on my wall and the cables exposed. But he did great on that. My older sons didnt even noticed where the cable is.
