"Top Notch Security System."

I must say that trying to filter through all of the possible systems to secure my home wasn't going to be a pleasant task.  Lucky for me Bill Wood stay on top of his job and stopped by while we were moving in.  What I liked about Bill is that he wasn't pushy at all, gave me options and then backed it all up with an e-mail and video feeds explaining the system.  Then he made sure my appointment was on time, went well and then checked the next day to see if everything was O.K. and if I had any further questions.  Then Bill says, "call me anytime if you need anything" after stopping by two weeks after the system was in, again, just to make sure we were not struggling with anything.. Top notch guy representing a top notch security system.

4/21/2016  "ADT was one of the only ones that actually came to my house"

I recently moved to a new house and needed a security system. I researched about 10 different companies. ADT was one of the only ones that actually came to my house to give their recommendations on what security MY house needed versus what was the most expensive option. Angel Rodriguez came to my house to talk to me about my options. He was extremely knowledgeable about the proper security measures I should take for my house, and was very courteous, kind and respectful. Installation was scheduled quickly and the installer was fantastic. He showed up on time, worked hard and really made sure to check and double-check that everything was working properly. Then he spent a good 15 minutes talking me through the different options, instructions and capabilities of the website and app. I highly recommend ADT for their service, in particular Angel. Great service!
They took over my previously existing security system without difficulty, even though I had a technician from another company tell me the week before that taking over my old system wasn't possible!- Robert D., SOMA, San Francisco, CA

These guys are extremely customer focused.  I was paying $25 a month for monitoring services for a 20 year old alarm system that was tied into my home phone. We dumped our home phones because they are just a waste of money and only use our cell phones these days so the old alarm system didn't work anymore.  The old alarm company wanted $700 to put a new cellular pad in the house and it had nowhere near the bells and whistles I get with ADT.

I now have the $59 a month service from ADT and they used all my old door and window detectors which is a very large number that are hardwired in so that is great.  Kyle, my sales rep explained all of this to me and he was great through the whole process. Pat, the installer came by today to install the system - he was awesome - knows his stuff inside and out, was pleasant, and efficient.  For the $99 I upgraded to cellular, got a motion detector, a camera, another wireless detector for the wine cellar, a lamp switch, and the alarm can be armed and disarmed from one of 4 places:

1) The downstairs keypad
2) The upstairs keypad
3) A key fob - this is great for walking the dog - go out the back door and arm the whole house with a press of a button
4) My cellphone - the ADT Pulse App from the App Store works great.  I can see what is going on on the camera, arm the house from NY if I want, set up a vacation schedule so the lamp goes on and off at certain times while I am on vacation.

I needed a new system anyway, and if I think about some of the things we spend money on, an extra $35 a month for great safety, piece of mind, convenience, flexibility, and state of the art technology was an easy decision for me.

ADT has good technology but the real difference maker here is California Security Pro.  These things can get complicated and having a great dealer that is first class from the sale through to the install deserves a review like this .  Not easily impressed but was today.

I don't do reviews, but these guys were awesome! Brandon was amazing, prompt, professional and kind. Even nice to my crazy dog. Installation took longer than anticipated due to our old house, but they did their best to finish on time. I feel more secure and satisfied. We've used bay alarm, AT&T digital life and now Adt and so far this was a stellar experience. The service is a bit more expensive, but I'm hoping that is because of the quality of the experience! And that if we ever do need the alarm for realz, Adt will be ready.

I recently had Kyle, from the San Ramon ADT office, set up my home security system. He did an excellent job of showing me the options, explaining things, and patiently talked with me when I called for help, after the system had been installed. I suppose it had all been explained in the booklet, but I do better at understanding things through a conversation, and he was very willing to take the time I needed. I recommend this company.

"I was about to give up on ADT and even some of their competitors because the customer service just really sucks! Enter Dorelle and California Security Pro - I called and spoke with a live person within seconds, they scheduled someone to come out the next day to do an evaluation of our home. Dorelle was knowledgeable and efficient, and shared a quote for an upgraded system and camera - the cost was very competitive with all others we spoke with and again, the customer service was excellent.

We recently upgraded our company phone system and needed to upgrade our alarm system as well.  After getting a quote from our incumbent company Bay Alarm, I was referred to Kyle Madison @ ADT to see their offerings.  Knowing our alarm situation, Kyle made it a point to meet me the same day which I was pleasantly surprised.  Not only that, the alarm package he put together is more secure than our existing system with the advantage of now having cameras on all our external doors...all at a recurring cost much less than Bay Alarm's offering as well as their legacy system that was previously in place (since year 2000).  Kyle made this whole process painless and I'm excited with the new setup as well as the peace of mind that goes along with it.  I can control most all my features online as well as my android smart phone.  I would definitely use ADT for any future installs and references for others. - Fred V. I.T. William, the installer, called us 30 minutes in advance to let us know he will be arriving at the scheduled time. He did a great job installing the security system for us. Nearly a week into having our new system in place and I am a very satisfied customer. Greg Blazek came to our house and took all the time we needed to explain (sometimes over and over again-- I have toddlers, brain = mush at times) and got us well versed in the system as a whole, what different options we had, etc.. I never felt rushed or like I was being a pain. Greg was super patient and not even remotely pushy or "salesy." I felt like we were working together to design the system that fit our needs and budget and that made me really love this company from the get. 
I'd recommend Greg a hundred times over. He had my toddlers in his face during the several hour long initial meeting and it didn't faze him at all. He's friendly, warm and extremely knowledgeable about the systems they install. Jeremy came to install a few days later and it was painless. He was quick, thorough, and also fine with the small people checking out what he was up to. He went step by step with me to make sure I was 100% good to go on our new system before leaving. He worked quickly and clean. I appreciate that. Greg even popped back in for a quick check on us and it just so happened I came up with a question. He immediately worked it out so I could understand and now I have a whole new awesome feature to use! ::high five to bypass function!::: It sounds silly but the chime feature on the doors (again, toddlers.) and the heat/smoke alarm are two of my favorites. Aside, obviously from the greater security system. We now have an awesome direct contact, no wacky 800 numbers to call or wade through. I feel like we really can just give Greg a call if we have any issues at all (which I don't anticipate after seeing how professional this company has been throughout the process). Two big thumbs up! An awesome perk: getting a refund check from our homeowner's insurance and having the cost drop by over $80/year. Not a bad deal!

Recently bought a brand new home and it came with just about everything except a home security system.  Thankfully, the insurance guy I got a quote from happened to highly recommended going with California Security Pro.I met with Ryan last Saturday and he was great to work with, not to mention, patient as I had a couple deliveries going on when he arrived. He was very cool, not pushy at all, and clearly explained all the options that would suit our needs.I choose a wireless system and was just going to go with the basic monitoring plan, but being how I love technology, I got the plan that allows me to monitor the house using my iPhone, and it only cost a few dollars more a month.  The install was scheduled a couple days later, which was fast and hassle free. Ryan also followed up a few days after to make sure everything was working out fine, which was a nice touch, and much appreciated.
I'll definitely recommend Ryan and California Security Pro to our new neighbors and family!

I worked with Paul Bakhtegan on the sales side and he was super knowledgeable and helpful with getting our home set up. No pressure, he was very consultative. I purchased one next and Ron completed the installation. He arrived on time and he was professional. He worked through the early evening until 8pm or so. He didn't rush through and explained the system to my family very patiently. Although I've only had the system for about 5 hours or so, I feel that we made a good business decision by selecting CA Security Pro of Woodland Hills. Bravo....

"Painless and Great Experience."

Fish was sent to give us a quote. He was very friendly and gave me a great price (better than 4 other companies I checked with) and I signed up right away. They installation happened the very next day, and the installer was very good as well. The installer forgot to leave the remote with me but, I called Fish and he had the installer sent right back. The installer quickly set up the remote for me and when I gave him some money for a tip he refused it!! Very friendly and professional. Painless and great experience!
