The installation was scheduled within one business day and was also a great experience.
We feel so much safer in our home. The Bay Area sadly has the highest property theft rate in the country. I wouldn't look at any other dealer.

We had an outstanding experience with California Security Pro. Joe Abeyta, our consultant, introduced us to the company and ADT, discussed the various options that would best suit our needs and scheduled an install the next day. William, the installer, arrived exactly on time, installed the system and took us through all the details we'd need to use the system. He was patient and professional. 24 hours after agreeing to go with California Security Pro we replaced a 30-year old funky system with a fully functioning, state of the art security system All in all, a great experience.

"Very Satisfied."Moved into our new home in Oakland a few weeks ago, and the 1st thing on our list other than Internet was a home security system. I called California Security Pros and spoke to Brandon Tomas. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and decided to set up appointment for him to see house and make recommendations and provide a quote. Brandon spent a lot of time walking us through house and pointing out what he thought was important and what best placement for sensors and cameras. He came up with a very competitive bid and we decided to move forward. Hector was our installer and did a fabulous job. Hector has tremendous patience and didn't get finished until 10pm, but didn't leave until everything was working perfectly.
We had a problem getting automatic door lock to engage that was no fault of installation, but the way the door was hanging. Brandon sent over a locksmith the following day to correct the problem, and even deducted the cost from my 1st bill. "Very Satisfied."We highly recommend Larry Maerina at ADT. We live in Marin County and Larry did a great job selling us our ADT home security system. He is very professional and honest. He gave us a great monthly deal and even came by during the installation to insure everything was installed properly by the installation tech. He's also been very responsive regarding any and all follow up up questions/issues. We are very satisfied with the level of customer service we have received!

"Things I love about this company - the sales and installation and relationship." We have had our ADT system for several months and have been so pleased with the way everything works. We needed some assistance with some operations, and called Andrew Hale to help. Andrew sold us the system, and he was so reachable and made himself available to help. That is one of the things I love about this company - the sales and installation part is only ONE part, the relationship and the ability to call upon the company and our salesperson after the fact, and have them respond quickly is what makes the difference for us. "I highly recommend. Very pleased."we were feeling a little vulnerable in our home,so we sought out several alarm companies to come and bid out our job. When we called the ADT company, they were pleasant and right on it. Andrew was our go to guy. He answered all of our questions, and helped us to put tougher an amazing system that utilized all technology. We had the installation performed by Micah two days later. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job - we couldn't be happier. He spent time with us to make sure we all understood how to use the system. I highly recommend. "Overall was was very impressed with the pricing, installation and service from start to finish."Needed to upgrade my security system. After having three local companies come out to assess my needs, I decided to contact CA Security Pros (ADT) to complete my due diligence. I had received the weekly fliers advertising $99 installation and a basic system. Knowing well that you "get nothing for nothing" I asked for a comparable quote over the phone based on my three local quotes. The Vice President, Greg listened to my needs, suggested a couple of additions including a cellular phone call option and still came in at half the price of the competition. The final price was much more than the $99 advertisement, but I wanted a better system.
The next part is the service which starts with the installation. Carl Henderson was the contractor who came out to install the system. Carl made a suggestion that we did not need one of the heat sensors originally quoted. He found a short in one of the lines and re ran wiring . Extremely efficient, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.
Overall was was very impressed with the pricing, installation and service from start to finish.

We chatted with Lance on the phone and only a few days later the installer was onsite getting the system installed. We only had "security system" in mind but when we saw the home automation stuff, we opted to add that a few days later. Great service, I'd recommend them and Lance was great to work with.
