I decided to call California Security Pro based on their excellent reviews on yelp. Joseph Abeyta came out to my house and very thoroughly went through me entire home inside and out. He was also able to provided a lot of great tips that I could do myself to make my home more secure too which was a huge help. After a lot of activity in Danville, we decided to get an alarm. Where do you start? I knew we wanted to be monitored, but had no idea what the cost might be or how to go about it smartly. Huge thanks to Joe Abeyta for getting me set up with my new ADT system! I met with Joe last Thursday and he was extremely professional and patient with all of my questions. Joe and I talked through all the options and decided that the pulse system would be the best fit for my needs. I recently purchased a new home in Antioch, and being a single woman living on my own, I knew I eventually wanted to invest in a home security plan. I wasn't in my new home more than a couple days when Joe Abeyta knocked on my door...seemingly perfect timing! He was incredibly thorough in explaining all of my options and helping to build the best system possible so that I felt safe and secure. We recently moved to Antioch from the South Bay and were looking into getting an alarm system whe Joseph Abeyta from ADT came by to greet us. He wasn't pushy at all in going over all of our various options for how to have our system monitored. We didn't get the pre-wired model so we had to go with a wireless system which worked out very well for us. We decided to go with the pulse app and so far have been very glad we did. Our installation went very smooth and only took about two hours. Hector, our installer was also very professional and clean. The day after we had our system put in, Joseph came back to help us get our App all set up and also went out of his way to recommend various improvements that we could make ourselves to the outside of our home and garage to make our house more secure. I just had my system installed today and I must say I am very impressed! This is my first home security system so I didn't know a lot going into it, but my sales rep Joe Abeyta did a great job explaining all the options; a lot of which I had no idea could be tied into an alarm system. With all the crimes I see in the news these days I finally decided I didn't want to be one of the people who was burglarized BEFORE deciding to protect my family. Joe went through all the options with me and made some great recommendations. I liked that I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything, but more just being informed on available options while he recommended what really seemed to be the best fit for me. I decided to go with it and he was able to schedule my installation for just a few days later, with a time slot that worked well with my busy schedule which was impressive. The day of the installation I received a call from both my sales rep to let me know who my installer was and to expect a call from him. Pat(the installer) called before his arrival window and gave me an arrival time which he then beat by about 3 minutes which was nice as I really got the feeling that he valued my time. He was very professional and really respected my home with things like asking about the cats being indoor only so as not to let them out, wearing shoe coverings, and keeping a clean work space. He looked and acted professional and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Once he finished installing everything he walked me through how it all worked which the sales rep had also done and everything was shown and explained exactly the same which was great because it already felt familiar. All in all it was a great experience, and was also a lot more affordable than I would have thought. I will sleep well tonight knowing my family and my home are protected. All I can say is I am very happy with the service from beginning to end. I called California Security Pro because they were an authorized ADT dealer. When I called, I asked if it was possible to set up an appointment the same day and, honestly, I thought it wasn't going to happen but gave it a shot because I had a bit of time that day and needed a security system. The lady at the office was so friendly and got me an appointment the same day. I met with Joe Abeyta for a consult at the home and he was very knowledgeable about how best to secure the home. Joe Abeyta came to my house to present us the ADT information, but my husband wasn't home at the time. Joe wasn't pushy to sell me the product, he was very understanding that I wanted my husband home to hear about the services also.
