We activated our security system in our new home. Tim Christensen was our first point of contact at ADT via phone to help us select the service package and schedule the appointment. He provided excellent customer service. Micah Robertson was our system tech that activated the system. He provided professional, friendly and outstanding service. I can recommend ADT to anyone. We worked with Brad in trying to see what options worked best for my new home. He was informative and not pushy when it came to evaluating what products we should go with. He setup the installation process and followed up to make sure everything was in working order. We had an issue with one of the motion sensors not triggering initially, but Brad worked through that and had it back up and running in no time.

They called us the next day, installed a brand new system 2 days later, waived the installation fee and system upgrade. Just moved to my new house and immediately called Kyle Madison to get my system installed. Kyle was prompt to schedule my appointment and took care of all my security needs. I was a repeat customer so I already knew he's the best because he automatically gives me the best price without me having to ask for it and was very thorough. Within a couple of days, Kyle Brown (yes, another Kyle!) came to install my system. He professionally installed my control panels and door/window sensors and made them look seamless. He made the system very user friendly by explaining what I needed to know. He is patient, responsive and proactive in problem solving. Rene has done a great job in installation.
